It was hot & spicy, but flipping good fun!
For a local restaurant soon to open it's doors to the public; whilst in the process of preparing food for guests for a large private dinner Charter Photography was tasked with grabbing shots of the food and the cooking area to build up a portfolio of images for promotion. Dodging fresh dough going in the tandoori oven with hot naan bread coming out, kofta's on the open grill, chicken on the open roaster, all whilst trying to keep out of the way of the chef, it was a real challenge to get the shots, but we got them.
Part two of the shoot will be soon, where we plan to get some very controlled shots of the chef's signature dishes and the restaurant itself, just as it opens.
